  • When does the course start?

    The course starts the moment you enroll, and it is always available! It is a self-paced online course - you can work and learn at your own pace.

  • What if I don’t have a fancy knife?

    Totally fine. These skills we will learn in this course can be applied to any knife that has a rounded belly. I’ll also walk you through affordable options and how to make the most of what you already have.

  • How long do I have to access the course?

    How does a lifetime sound? After enrolling, you will have unlimited access to the course and any bonus materials that are added later on.

  • What equipment/tools will I need to complete the course?

    At minimum, you’ll need a knife and a cutting board. Everything we use in the course is common kitchen equipment you likely already have at home.

  • What if I am unhappy with the course?

    I wouldn't want you to be unhappy. My goal is to teach you to be proficient with a knife. Contact me within the first 30 days of enrollment, and I will provide a full refund.
